As a result of an investigation by the Goldsboro/Wayne County Interagency Drug Task Force and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration HIDTA Drug Task Force the following person has been arrested and charged as indicated:

CHARGE(S): 1 COUNT(S) OF Trafficking Heroin Level (1) 4 grams to 14 grams
BOND: $ 200,000.00 Secured Bond

CASE OFFICER: First Sergeant Mike Cox
BRIEF NARRATIVE: Officers with the Goldsboro / Wayne County Drug Task Force and U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration HIDTA Task Force were continuing an investigation into the illegal distribution of Heroin in the Goldsboro/ Wayne County area. During the course of the investigation Dennis ROBINSON aka “Little Dennis” was identified as a mid level heroin distributor in the Goldsboro area. On 06-06-2014 ROBINSON was arrested for trafficking in heroin with a street value of nearly $5,000.00. As a result, the aforementioned person was arrested and placed into the Wayne County Jail.

Man Arrested for Discharging Firearm Into Occupied Vehicle

CHARGE: Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Vehicle

NARRATIVE:
On 06/02/2013 at approx. 10:10 pm the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a shooting in the southern part (Fox Drive) of Wayne County. Deputies from the patrol division responded and located where the shooting occurred. No one was injured during this incident. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office Investigative division responded and was able to continue with the investigation throughout the night. Warrants were secured on the suspect, Alphonso Demond Campbell, for discharging a firearm into occupied property.
On 06/03/2013 the suspect was arrested without incident. Campbell was left in the custody of the Wayne County Detention Center under a $50,000 secured bond.

BRIEF NARRATIVE: Officers with the Goldsboro / Wayne County Drug Task Force and U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration HIDTA Task Force were continuing an investigation into the illegal distribution of Heroin in the Goldsboro/ Wayne County area. During the course of the investigation Darrell FOYE was identified as a mid level heroin distributor in the Goldsboro area. On 06-02-2014 FOYE was arrested and was found in possession of approximately 450 bindles of heroin with a street value of nearly $5,000.00. As a result, the aforementioned person was arrested and placed into the Wayne County Jail.

BRIEF NARRATIVE: This office investigated a report of a possible sexual assualt involving a 13 year old female and the defendant. According to the report the sexual act occurred during January of 2014. The act was not forced. The victim and the defendant were acquaintances. The act occurred at a mutual friends residence.

CHARGE(S): 2 COUNT(S) OF Possess / Distribute Methamphetamine Precursor

CASE OFFICER: Cpl. C.R. Shaeffer / Sgt. Brian Dawson
BRIEF NARRATIVE: On 5/30/2014 Officers with the Goldsboro / Wayne County Drug Task Force were continuing an investigation into a search warrant executed at the above listed residence on 5/13/2014. During the initial search of the residence on 5/13/2014 officers located evidence suggesting that the above listed individual was collecting pseudoephedrine for the purpose of manufacturing methamphetamine. 05/30/2014 Officers were conducting surveillance of the above listed individual at local pharmacies and were able to determine that the individual was in fact collecting pseudoephedrine. Subsequent to a traffic stop and consent search the above listed individual was found to be in possession of multiple boxes of pseudoephedrine. As a result of the investigation the above listed individual was arrested and placed in the Wayne County Jail. Further arrests are pending.

BRIEF NARRATIVE: Snow was arrested after an investigation was conducted into a sexual battery and break-in report. Snow allegedly went into the bedroom of a female victim and ejaculated on her while she slept. The female victim awoke to find Snow standing next to her bed. Both Snow and the female victim resided in the same residence but had separate sleeping quarters.

BRIEF NARRATIVE: Members of the Drug Task Force received information that the above listed Defendant was selling Marijuana in and around the Dudley area. After an investigation was conducted a search warrant was applied for and secured. Subsequent to entry into the listed target address several firearms were recovered along with several ounces of Marijuana.
