Best Chili Ever!
Ingredients
2 pounds meat, part ground and part cut into sugar-cube size
1 small onion, minced, or 1 heaping Tablespoon of dehydrated onion
½ cup chopped celery
Two 8-ounce cans tomato sauce
1 to 2 8-ounce cans of water
4 Tablespoons chili powder
1 to 2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons paprika (optional)
1 Tablespoon ground cumin
1/2 to 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of flour
¼ cup of sliced Jalapeno peppers
Directions
Brown meat, celery and onions; drain if necessary. Cook meat, onions celery, tomato sauce, water, chili powder, salt, paprika, ground cumin, red pepper, garlic, and 1 tablespoons flour for 1 to 2 hours. Enjoy!
