BREED:    American Staffordshire Terrier Mix

Rosita is one of six puppies born on New Year's Day. Mama dog was found on New Year's Eve and was brought inside to have her babies. Mama and the puppies have had lots of love and care.

Rosita is described by her new foster mom as super sweet? She is simply gorgeous. Her face coloring is stunning and look at those beautiful ears!

Rosita is house-trained, crate-trained and is learning basic commands. She has already learned to SIT and is working on other basic training. Foster mom is working on slowing down her feeding (she gets very excited) and jumping. But she is a quick learner so watch for updates.

Rosita is up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped and being maintained on monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention.

Rosita does well on leash and in the car. Her favorite thing is to snuggle – who doesn’t love that? She is good with other dogs and even cats.

An application is required along with a home visit and small adoption fee.

Fenced in yard required (no invisible or electric fencing) Applicants must be 25 yrs. or older.

All DITR dogs are fostered in homes and are INDOOR dogs.

Being a responsible dog owner means teaching your dog to be a good house pet and putting in the time and effort to make them a part of the family.
