This Might Be The Most Impactful Year of our Lifetime! 2024: By Mary Wroblewski

The approaching New Year will be intimidating to many.  We look at it sheepishly, knowing that so many of the goals we set for ourselves fall short of what we really need to do.  To make the meaningful adjustments to our lives that will truly affect needed change… the changes that are most important to us, those we love, and those we live among.  

2024 is an election year; quite possibly the most impactful year of our lifetimes.  We will likely hear nothing but political spin from January first through November fifth.  However, political spin is the last thing that should be part of any conversation.  Arm yourself with facts and be guided by the word of God and what is right and true; historically and in the present. Open your eyes and make an assessment of what is actually happening around you.  How are you affected by the current policies of our Local, State and Federal government?  Who will be the best stewards of our ever-increasing tax dollars?  Do current policies, laws, executive orders reflect what is best for you and your family and mirror your faith and value system?  Are you better off today than you were four years ago? 

These are important questions we all need to be asking ourselves. Carefully consider who brings the most to the table in terms of what aligns most closely with your vision of a better tomorrow for you, your family and all of us.  Don’t be swayed by those who seek to destroy what is most sacred to you.  Make a resolution now to be alert, aware, and fully informed; not by political pundits, but by good old-fashioned research and a thorough examination of your conscience.
